THE LAWS OF ORIN RAKATHA
No group or faction that exceeds 20 members may move across the lands of Orin Rakatha.
No-one is allowed to wear the colours of a Tower or organisation to which they do not belong.
Any group or individual arriving on Orin Rakatha may petition to stay. They are granted a period of a year and a day to either found their own Tower or join an existing one.
It is illegal to trade with the towerless (except for those petitioners who are within their year and a day period).
This crime is called Bootlegging.
It is illegal to travel abroad on Orin Rakatha without wearing ones Tower Colours.
It is illegal to be towerless.
It is not permitted to travel to the Central Isle without a proper invitation to do so.
All Mercenaries must wear their sash when abroad on Orin Rakatha.
It is illegal to cause damage to any of the Way-Stations of Orin Rakatha.
