Shadowsfall LARP/LRP Faction
SHADOWSFALL FACTION RECRUITMENT
There are only three ways to become a member of the Shadowsfall. They are;
i) BY BLOODLINE – character is a direct descendant of a member of the Shadowsfall Tower. This is the most usual way of becoming a member of a Shadowsfall faction.
ii) FOUNDLING – the Shadowsfall are tasked with upholding the laws of Orin Rakatha. A part of this task involves hunting down and slaying groups and individuals that have remained upon Orin Rakatha for more than a year and a day. The Shadowsfall are not however evil, and do not judge children responsible for the sins of their parents. The children of those slain under such circumstances are taken in and cared for by the Shadowsfall. When these children come of age, they are offered one of three choices; leave Orin Rakatha, a year and a day to form or join another Tower or take the oath and become a Shadowsfall. This accounts for the non-humans in the Shadowsfall.
iii) MERCENARY INTAKE – just occasionally the Shadowsfall will expand their numbers with an intake of suitable mercenaries. Such mercenaries are subjected to selection tests prior to joining.
